With over 25 years of experience at the intersection of finance, risk, and technology, Peyman is a recognized authority in FinTech, artificial intelligence, and venture capital. He is Chairman of the AI Markets Group (AIMG) and serves as Director of Research and Industrial Professor at UCL’s Institute of Finance and Technology. Previously, he was Head of Corporate Development at Quantexa, driving strategy and M&A to support rapid global expansion. An accomplished entrepreneur, Peyman has founded, scaled, and exited multiple technology ventures, including Chartis Research, where he was Founder and Managing Partner. Earlier roles at EY and SAS Institute further strengthened his expertise in strategy, analytics, and market intelligence. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Risk Management and holds an MBA from London Business School.

Darryl is a Senior Advisor at CorpDev Partners and a seasoned risk, technology and financial services leader with over 30 years of experience across global institutions including SAS Institute, EY, AXA, RSA, and RBS Insurance. His career has spanned senior roles in business strategy, enterprise risk management, and large-scale operational transformation. A Chartered Insurer by profession, Darryl combines deep expertise in financial services with hands-on experience shaping data-driven decision frameworks, operational strategy, and risk governance at scale. He also serves as a Member of the Advisory Board of the AI Markets Group (AIMG), where he contributes his knowledge of AI adoption, analytics innovation, and enterprise risk to advancing the firm’s global research agenda.

Senior Advisor at CorpDev Partners and COO of Black Pearl Capital, Abbas specializes in investment strategy and corporate development with a strong focus on the technology sector. Over a 30-year career in investment management, he has executed more than €700 million in private equity and real estate transactions across Europe. Previously, Abbas co-founded Symphony Partners Plc and held senior roles at Morgan Stanley, Deloitte, and Arthur Andersen. A Chartered Accountant (Deloitte, 1992) and MBA graduate of London Business School, he combines strategic insight with hands-on execution to accelerate technology investments.
